Founded in 1986, Varicraft headquartered in Hong Kong with its own factory facilities established in Huizhou, China.

 

A leading plastic manufacturer in the industry, Varicraft specializes in making different kinds of plastic Products, particularly plastic hard toys, electronic toys and OEM customized toys. We also manufacture high quality baby care products / baby utensils, housewares and other premium accessories, such as handbags and items made with silicone, poly-resin, cardboard, metal and wood.

 

OEM project is welcomed as we have engineering workshop in factory led by professional engineers. We also have our own molding department with advanced machineries like milling, grinding, line cutting, EDM and CNC for molds development and maintenance. With molds development undertaken by ourselves, we provide flexible services catered to various requests and needs of different customers.

 

 

Our factory is equipped with various kinds of production machineries including the injection molding, blowmolding machines, silicone casting machines, and mechanical arms to enhance the production efficiency and automation. On top of that, there are silkscreen printing, pad printing, foil stamping, water slide decal, heat transfer printing, high frequency welding, sonic welding to meet customers' requirements on their own packing style and decorations.

 

Our goods are distributed to global markets such as the USA, Europe, Australia and Asia. We are familiar with the safety requirements in different countries. In general our toys products are qualified for EN71 part1,2 & 3, ASTM F963 & GB6675. The materials we use for food contacting containers are up to FDA 21 CFR part 177 requirement.
